    Thanks for the information. We have had a variety of issues with Acrobat lately, especially since we recently upgraded our operating systems.

    I’m not tied to a server; in fact, it’s just me and my PC, which I somehow mucked up trying to retrieve a Word doc that was not worth this headache. But now I’m getting this error when I use Adobe Acrobat Professional. I tried reinstalling that part of my Creative Suite from disc, to no avail. It teases me by letting me view the PDF for a moment, then shuts me down. …
